Heavy penalty for drug dealers

The Klender housing compound in East Jakarta is widely known
as a den of drug users and dealers. The police have frequently
arrested them at this location.

Unfortunately, it is an open secret that these suspects are
usually not tried in a court of law but have, instead, been let
free. As a housewife and mother, I am really disappointed over
this matter and worried that my children will use drugs.

I propose to the relevant authorities that arrested drug users
and dealers be taken to court. Do not bargain with them. Drug
dealers deserve a heavier sentence because they have destroyed
the mentality of our young people.
