Head of State Inaugurates Transjakarta Electric Bus Factory in Magelang

REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, MAGELANG – President Prabowo Subianto inspected the Transjakarta electric buses assembled at the electric commercial vehicle factory owned by PT VKTR Teknologi Mobilitas, Tbk in Magelang, Central Java, on Thursday (9/4/2026). According to observations, Prabowo arrived at the site around 11.30 WIB to inaugurate the factory. Before the inauguration, Prabowo toured to view various electric vehicles assembled at the factory, from trucks to buses. At that moment, the Head of State entered the Transjakarta electric bus assembled at the factory. Prabowo sat in the back row seat while feeling the comfort of the vehicle for about five minutes. He listened to explanations from the Chairman Commissioner of PT VKTR Teknologi Mobilitas, Anindya Novyan Bakrie.
