Head of National Nutrition Agency Nanik S. Deyang Holds Assets Worth Rp6.3 Billion

The new Head of the National Nutrition Agency (BGN), Nanik Sudaryati Deyang, has recorded total wealth amounting to Rp6.3 billion. Nanik disclosed this information on 17 January 2025, during her tenure as Deputy Head of the Poverty Alleviation Acceleration Agency under the Coordinating Ministry for Community Empowerment.

According to the Corruption Eradication Commission’s (KPK) e-LHKPN portal, Nanik holds both movable and immovable assets. She reported ownership of land and buildings valued at Rp5,402,000,000. This includes various properties in Bekasi and Depok, all acquired through her own earnings, ranging from a 105 sqm plot in Bekasi to several larger residential properties in Depok.

Additionally, Nanik reported vehicle assets worth Rp705,000,000, which include a 2014 BMW 520I, a 2007 Toyota Avanza, and a 2013 Toyota Fortuner. She also holds cash and cash equivalents amounting to Rp196,290,605, bringing her total wealth to Rp6,303,290,605.

KPK Spokesperson Budi Prasetyo stated that Nanik has submitted her latest wealth report, though it is currently undergoing internal processing and has not yet been uploaded to the LHKPN system. He noted that the state official has reported, but the documentation is still being finalised.

Nanik was appointed as the Head of the BGN following the legal prosecution of Dadan Hindayana by the Attorney General’s Office over alleged corruption related to the management of the Free Nutritious Meal (MBG) programme. In addition to Dadan, the Attorney General’s Office is also prosecuting two Deputy Heads of the BGN, Sony Sonjaya and Lodewyk Pusung, both of whom have been detained.
