Head of BP BUMN Gathers Directors from Pos Indonesia to Himbara Bosses, This is What Was Discussed

REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA — The Head of BP BUMN, Dony Oskaria, held a meeting with the leadership of PT Pos Indonesia. Citing the official Instagram account of BP BUMN, Dony provided direct guidance to promote PT Pos Indonesia as the national logistics holding. “PT Pos Indonesia is also directed to play a role in strengthening the BUMN logistics holding to improve efficiency, connectivity, and service quality for the public,” Dony stated, as quoted from the BP BUMN account, on Monday (30/3/2026). As the regulator for state-owned enterprises, BP BUMN is pushing for the logistics industry to be focused and interconnected under the umbrella of PT Pos Indonesia. Previously, there were 21 logistics companies consisting of BUMNs and subsidiaries that operated separately; now, all will be unified under PT Pos Indonesia. To support this strategic step, Dony Oskaria, as Head of BP BUMN, gathered the entire board of directors and commissioners of PT Pos Indonesia in a meeting at the BP BUMN office on Monday (30/3/2026). “BP BUMN supports this transformation of PT Pos Indonesia as an effort to present adaptive, modern BUMNs capable of addressing national logistics needs,” Dony said. Previously, PT Pos Indonesia had undergone a reshuffle in its board of directors and commissioners. Daud Joseph was appointed as the President Director of PT Pos Indonesia, replacing Faizal Rochmad Djoemadi.
