Having Issues Registering for Free Homecoming 2026? Here Are the Official DKI Transportation Department Complaint Numbers

JAKARTA – The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government through the Transportation Department (Dishub) has opened a complaints channel for the public regarding the implementation of the Free Homecoming 2026/1447 Hijriah programme.

This service is intended to accommodate enquiries, registration obstacles, and technical problems experienced by residents during the verification and departure process. The information was communicated via the official Instagram account @dishubdkijakarta.

Residents can submit questions and complaints through call centres available at various participant verification locations.

Dishub DKI also reminds participants to ensure their population data, administrative documents, and registration and verification schedules comply with the established requirements. Participants who fail to attend verification will be considered to have withdrawn, and their quota will be transferred to other participants.

With the opening of this complaints service, the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government hopes that the implementation of Free Homecoming 2026 can proceed in a more orderly, transparent, and responsive manner to meet public needs ahead of Eid al-Fitr 1447 Hijriah.
