Hasnur (HAIS) Agrees to Distribute Cash Dividend of IDR 26.1 Billion
Jakarta — PT Hasnur Internasional Shipping Tbk (HAIS), a maritime logistics and transportation services provider, has approved the distribution of a cash dividend of IDR 26.1 billion, or IDR 9.95 per share, equivalent to 30% of the company’s net profit for fiscal year 2025.
The decision was approved by shareholders at the company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) held on 10 March 2026, according to Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) disclosure.
During 2025, Hasnur recorded net profit of IDR 87.1 billion.
In addition to dividend distribution, shareholders also approved the allocation of 70% of net profit, amounting to IDR 60.9 billion, as retained earnings to strengthen the company’s capital structure and support future business development.
Chief Executive Officer of PT Hasnur Internasional Shipping Tbk Jayanti Sari stated that the dividend decision reflects the company’s commitment to continue delivering value to shareholders whilst maintaining a balance between investment returns and strengthening business fundamentals amid dynamic domestic and global economic and political conditions.
“2025 was a period of significant dynamism for the maritime logistics industry, particularly in the coal transportation segment with our tugboat and barge fleet,” she said on Thursday (12 March 2026).
According to her, fluctuations in global coal prices and weather challenges affected commodity transportation activities. Jayanti added that the company will continue to strengthen business resilience through improved operational efficiency, optimisation and diversification of logistics services to support maritime transportation needs for commodities.
“Going forward, the company will continue to adapt to industry dynamics by maintaining operational excellence, expanding strategic partnership opportunities, and strengthening its contribution to supporting the national logistics supply chain,” she concluded.
