Hashim-affiliated Issuer Partners with Telkom
PT Perintis Triniti Properti Tbk (TRIN), an issuer affiliated with Rahayu Saraslant Djojohadikusumo, has partnered with PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (TLKM) to provide communication infrastructure as part of the development of an integrated area within the Holdwell Business Park in Bandar Lampung. This partnership was formalised through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the two parties.
As part of Trinland’s flagship logistics project, Holdwell Business Park, the collaboration represents a strategic step and a commitment from both parties to establish an integrated business and logistics ecosystem supported by reliable and sustainable digital infrastructure. Harris F. Aison, COO of Holdwell Business Park, noted that as businesses increasingly require fast, stable, and secure digital connectivity, adequate communication services have become a crucial factor in supporting business operations, distribution, warehousing, and supply chain management.
Located in Bandar Lampung, Holdwell Business Park occupies a strategic position on the primary logistics route connecting Java and Sumatra. This location makes the area an ideal distribution hub for various industrial sectors, including manufacturing, trade, e-commerce, and both national and international logistics companies. Through the partnership with Telkom Indonesia, tenants and businesses operating within Holdwell Business Park will benefit from digital business support, including high-speed internet access, data connectivity, and various telecommunications services to enhance operational efficiency.
“Currently, digital infrastructure plays a role as vital as physical infrastructure. Modern logistics activities rely heavily on the speed of data exchange, integrated monitoring systems, and real-time communication,” Harris stated in a written release on Tuesday.
Yuniarti, GM of Telkom Indonesia Witel Lampung Bengkulu, expressed hope that this collaboration would provide long-term benefits to all parties involved while supporting the growth of the logistics and industrial sectors in Lampung and the wider Sumatra region. “As Indonesia’s leading digital telecommunications company, Telkom is committed to providing the best digital services and solutions to support the business growth of tenants and enhance the overall competitiveness of the area,” she added.
