PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk has introduced an appreciation programme for BRILink Agents who actively drive the acquisition and activation of new users for the BRImo application. Through this programme, which commenced on 6 July 2026, BRILink Agents have the opportunity to earn rewards in the form of gold savings balances if they successfully assist customers with registration, activation, and transactions using BRImo. The programme is designed as a sustainable initiative and will be continuously evaluated based on developments and the level of participation enthusiasm among BRILink Agents in the field.

This programme is part of BRI’s strategy to accelerate the adoption of digital services while expanding public access to easy, secure, and convenient financial services. With the BRILink Agent network spread across remote areas, BRI is optimistic that the acceleration of digital transformation can reach a broader segment of society.

BRI’s Director of Micro Business, Akhmad Purwakajaya, stated that BRILink Agents play a strategic role as an extension of BRI in delivering financial services and encouraging digital service adoption within the community. “The digital transformation undertaken by BRI not only focuses on technological development but also ensures that its benefits can be widely felt by the public. Through this programme, we aim to appreciate BRILink Agents who have contributed to introducing BRImo to customers and encouraging the use of digital services for daily transaction needs,” said Akhmad.

To support this growth, BRI continues to expand new user acquisition through various channels, including the BRILink Agent network, which serves as the spearhead for financial services and digitalisation across various regions in Indonesia. Customers eligible for this programme are new BRImo users, either those who already have a BRI account but have not yet used BRImo, or those who open an account through a BRILink Agent. After successfully activating BRImo, customers are required to conduct at least one financial transaction at a BRILink Agent to meet the programme criteria.

As a token of appreciation for BRILink Agents’ contribution to developing BRI’s digital ecosystem, rewards are provided in the form of gold savings balances with a tiering scheme based on the number of customers successfully activated and transacted. BRILink Agents who successfully acquire a minimum of 10 customers qualify for the Bronze category and receive a reward equivalent to 0.1 grammes of gold. Agents reaching 25 customers enter the Silver category with a reward equivalent to 0.5 grammes of gold. Meanwhile, agents capable of acquiring at least 50 customers will obtain the Gold category with a reward equivalent to 1 gramme of gold.

Akhmad added that the combination of digital services and the presence of BRILink Agents, who are close to the community, can deliver a banking experience that is easier, faster, and reaches remote areas. “Going forward, BRI will continue to strengthen its integrated service ecosystem so that the public can access various financial services more easily. We hope this programme not only increases BRImo user acquisition but also reinforces the role of BRILink Agents as BRI’s strategic partners in accelerating digital transformation and financial inclusion in Indonesia,” he concluded.
