Happy Hapsoro Exits Minna Padi Investama, PADI Shares Strengthen

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - The investment company owned by Hapsoro Sukmonohadi, or Happy Hapsoro, PT Sentosa Bersama Mitra, has released its entire shareholding in PT Minna Padi Investama Sekuritas Tbk (PADI).

Based on the disclosure of information from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) on Monday (13/4/2026), Sentosa Bersama Mitra’s ownership in PADI, which previously reached 650 million shares or equivalent to 5.75% in March 2026, is now nil.

Although divestment has occurred, the number of PADI shares recorded remains at 11.31 billion shares, unchanged from the previous period.

This condition indicates that no particular party has been directly reported to have taken over all the shares that were released.

Public ownership is recorded to have increased from 10.44 billion shares or equivalent to 92.31% to 11.09 billion shares or equivalent to 98.06%.

In line with that, the number of free float or publicly circulating shares has increased, from previously around 10.63 billion shares to 10.88 billion shares.

The free float percentage has also risen from 94.05% to 96.26%.

Meanwhile, share ownership by individuals or other investors is recorded to have not experienced significant changes.

PADI’s President Director, Djoko Joelijanto, still holds 11 million shares or equivalent to 0.097%.

In the group of other shareholders, Eveline Listiosputro still owns 125.33 million shares or 1.11%, while Henry Kurniawan holds 79,200 shares or 0.001%.

Both have not experienced changes in ownership.

As for public shares in warrant form, they are recorded at 83.25 million shares or equivalent to 0.736%, also unchanged from the previous month.

PADI is a securities company that conducts business activities as an intermediary for securities trading and underwriter of securities emissions.

The company also provides financial advisory services, as well as securities financing such as margin trading and reverse repo.
