Happy Hapsoro Departs from Minna Padi Investama Sekuritas

Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia — PT Minna Padi Investama Sekuritas Tbk (PADI) has announced a significant change in share ownership, affecting both the shareholder structure and the level of free float for the period ending 31 March 2026. Citing a disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), the investment company owned by businessman Happy Hapsoro, PT Sentosa Bersama Mitra, has released its shareholding in the issuer. This is reflected in its ownership portion, which amounted to 650 million shares or equivalent to 5.75%, now reduced to zero. Overall, the number of shares listed on the exchange remains at 11,307,246,524 shares, unchanged from the previous month. On the shareholder side within the company, Djoko Joelijanto, as President Director, is still recorded as holding 11 million shares or equivalent to 0.097%, with no change from the previous month. In the group of shareholders above 5%, the composition of ownership is relatively stable for certain individual investors, such as Eveline Listiosputro who still holds 125.33 million shares (1.11%), while Henry Kurniawan holds 79,200 shares (0.001%), both unchanged. With the departure of Sentosa Bersama, the public category has increased from around 92.306% to 98.056%. For shareholders below 5%, public shares in the form of certificates are recorded at 83.25 million shares (0.736%), unchanged from the previous month. On the free float side, there has been a quite significant increase. The number of free float shares has risen from 10.634 billion shares to 10.884 billion shares. Accordingly, the free float percentage has also increased from 94.05% to 96.26%.
