Hanania Travel Case: Awkarin and Guyon Waton Vocalist Request Examination Postponement

Police had originally scheduled an examination for influencer Karin Novilda, known as Awkarin, in connection with the umrah travel fraud case involving Hanania Travel. However, Awkarin was once again absent and requested a rescheduling of the examination. “Karina Novilda (KN), who was originally scheduled for Monday, 15 June 2026, has requested a postponement of the examination to Monday, 29 June 2026,” said Commissioner Andaru Rahutomo, Head of the Public Information Subdivision of the Metro Jaya Police Public Relations Division, when contacted on Thursday (18/6/2026).

Apart from Awkarin, Guyon Waton vocalist Faisal Bagus Ibrahim also failed to attend his examination. Metro Jaya Police will reschedule his examination. “He was originally scheduled to undergo examination on 15 June 2026 but has postponed it until the end of the month, with the date still to be determined,” he stated.

It is known that a number of influencers have been examined by Metro Jaya Police in connection with this case, including Keanu Angelo, comedian Praz Teguh, Paula Verhoeven, the couple Aaliyah Massaid and Thariq Halilintar, as well as Dara Arafah. Today, Metro Jaya Police requested clarification from celebrity Davina Karamoy.

Metro Jaya Police have named the boss of Hanania Travel, Ahmad Syah Farhan or ASF, as a suspect. He is charged with fraud and/or embezzlement and/or money laundering as stipulated in Article 492 of Law Number 1 of 2023 concerning the Criminal Code and/or Article 486 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 607 of the Criminal Code.
