Hamzah visits hometown for Idul Fitri

PONTIANAK, West Kalimantan: Vice President Hamzah Haz returned
to his hometown here on Friday for post-Ramadhan celebrations
with his relatives and mother.

Hamzah, accompanied by his wife Asmaniah and son Iman Ifrian
Haz, visted the graves of his in-laws, before visiting Mujahidin
Grand Mosque to perform Friday prayers with local people and to
donate money to the mosque.

Hamzah also visited the house of his wife's uncle and Hamzah's
younger brother Basaruddin Haz.

He is slated to visit his mother Zainab, who has been sick
since last month, on Saturday before returning to Jakarta later
