In the days before the national holidays to observe Christmas,
the post-fasting Idul Fitri festivities and the New Year,
firecrackers and fireworks are to be found everywhere.

Until now there has been no ban on the production and use of
firecrackers and fireworks although there have been many victims
of all ages.

If such a ban exists, it should be popularized through
neighborhood communities or village heads to avoid more people
falling victim.
