REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA – The Indonesian Association of Curators and Administrators (IKAPI) held a Halal Bihalal event for 1447 Hijriah as an opportunity to strengthen ties while affirming the organisation’s commitment to addressing various national legal and economic issues, particularly related to Debt Payment Suspension (PKPU) and bankruptcy.

The Halal Bihalal, themed “Strengthening Ties, Opening Doors to Prosperity”, took place at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Jakarta on Friday evening (10/4/2025). The event was attended by the organisation’s executives, members, and various strategic partners.

IKAPI Halal Bihalal Committee Chair for 2026, Niken Susanti, stated that the event is an annual routine agenda that not only serves as a gathering for maintaining relations but also strengthens the organisation’s internal solidarity.

According to her, unity among members forms an important foundation in maintaining the cohesion of the organisation, which has been established for 24 years. IKAPI, she said, continues to strive to maintain harmonious relations among executives and members, regardless of background or religion.

“This Halal Bihalal serves as an important moment to strengthen the solidarity of the IKAPI family, both Muslims and adherents of other religions,” Niken said in her remarks.

In addition to internal organisation attendees, the event also invited several officials from institutions that have been IKAPI’s work partners. Among them were the Director General of General Law Administration (AHU) of the Ministry of Law, Widodo, the Director of Civil Affairs at the Directorate General of AHU, Henry Sulaiman, and a representative from Bareskrim Polri, Teddy Ristiawan.

The presence of these stakeholders demonstrates the close synergy between IKAPI and various state institutions in carrying out the duties and functions of curators and administrators in bankruptcy legal processes.

The event was also filled with a religious lecture by Subki Al Bughury, who delivered religious and motivational messages to the participants. Additionally, the event was attended by representatives from the Yayasan Amal Soleh Sejahtera.

On this occasion, Niken emphasised that IKAPI, under the leadership of General Chair Oscar Sagita, continues to commit to providing tangible contributions to the national economy.

She stressed that the role of curators and administrators is highly strategic in maintaining economic stability, especially in resolving PKPU and bankruptcy cases that have broad impacts on the business world.

“IKAPI is committed to upholding professionalism and integrity in enforcing PKPU and bankruptcy laws as part of efforts to become a solution to the nation’s problems,” she asserted.

Furthermore, she conveyed that future challenges in the field of bankruptcy and debt restructuring are becoming increasingly complex. Therefore, strong collaboration is needed between practitioners, the Government, and law enforcement authorities.

IKAPI, she continued, will continue to strengthen its members’ capacities through various activities, including forums for maintaining relations like the Halal Bihalal, to improve the quality of services to the public.

With the successful holding of this event, IKAPI hopes to continue solidifying its role as a professional organisation that not only safeguards its members’ interests but also actively contributes to supporting a healthy and just national legal and economic system.
