Hajj Peak: Ministry of Hajj and Umrah Deploys Health Posts in Arafah and Mina
The Indonesian Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has deployed health posts in Arafah and Mina during the Hajj peak to ensure timely and optimal healthcare services.
‘We have deployed one health post each in Arafah and Mina to ensure healthcare services are delivered promptly and effectively during the Armuzna phase,’ said Ministry of Hajj and Umrah spokesperson Maria Ulfa Assegaf on Monday (25 May 2026).
Maria explained that 657 Arafah Task Force personnel have been stationed at various service points to ensure smooth operations.
They include ad hoc Arafah officers, headquarters coordinators, food supervisors, and other support staff to ensure transportation, accommodation, meals, healthcare, religious guidance, and pilgrim protection are optimally managed.
Maria urged pilgrims to look out for each other and assist during the peak Hajj rituals.
