As many as 393 Hajj pilgrims forming part of Kloter 1 from Embarkasi Banten (JKB-01) participated in a full-scale departure simulation at the Asrama Haji Cipondoh in Banten. This activity served as the final preparation for the pilgrims before departing for the Holy Land.

The simulation also represented a significant moment, as for the first time, the distribution of Nusuk Cards was conducted directly by Syarikah Al Bait to the pilgrims within the dormitory.

The implemented simulation was meticulously designed to ensure all pilgrims understood the departure流程. The pilgrims went through four main stages:

  1. Arrival of Pilgrims: Hajj pilgrims arrived at Asrama Haji Cipondoh and were immediately directed by officers.

  2. Handover: The handover process of pilgrims from local officers to the PPIH Embarkasi.

  3. Health Check: Final health examination to ensure the pilgrims’ physical readiness for the long journey.

  4. Distribution of Documents and Provisions: Pilgrims received complete documentation, including passports, identification bracelets, living costs, and Nusuk Cards.

After completing all the administrative processes, the pilgrims were directed to their respective rooms to rest before the official departure schedule.

The event was attended by relevant leadership from the Directorate General of Hajj Services (Ditjen PH) of the Ministry of Religious Affairs (Kemenhaj) RI, including the Head of General Affairs of Ditjen Hajj Services, the Deputy Head of Accommodation and Consumption of Ditjen Hajj Services for Domestic Affairs, and the Deputy Head of Transportation of Ditjen Hajj Services for Domestic Affairs.

This was undertaken to monitor the smoothness of the departure scheme for Hajj pilgrims from Asrama Haji Cipondoh, while reaffirming the ministry’s commitment to ensuring that innovations in services, particularly regarding the distribution of Nusuk Cards, run efficiently and on target for pilgrims from Embarkasi Banten (JKB).

The Nusuk Cards distributed directly by Syarikah Al Bait represent a progressive step to facilitate pilgrims during the Masyair later.

With this scheme, Hajj pilgrims departing from Cipondoh are assured of holding official digital access from Indonesia. (H-2)
