Hajj Dormitory Hotel Project in Pakansari Postponed, Here is the Reason from Bogor Regency
The Bogor Regency Government, West Java, has postponed the construction of the hajj dormitory hotel in the area of the Nurul Wathon Grand Mosque, Cibinong, due to time constraints in the current fiscal year. The Head of the Housing and Settlement Service of Bogor Regency, Eko Mujiarto, stated that the project cannot be realised this year because the remaining time is insufficient to complete all stages, including the tender process. βThe time factor is not enough to build the hotel. Because of the tender process and other stages, the time left is about six months,β said Eko on Friday (27/3/2026). He explained that the construction of the hajj dormitory hotel was previously planned with a budget of around Rp 142 billion. However, due to time limitations, the project has been decided to be postponed to the following year. According to Eko, the postponement is carried out so that the construction process can run optimally without haste, while ensuring the quality of the work remains maintained.
