Haji Isam's Listed Company TEBE Distributes Dividend of Rp 156 Per Share, Check the Schedule
PT Dana Brata Luhur Tbk (TEBE), the listed company owned by businessman Haji Isam, will distribute a cash dividend of Rp 156 per share. This decision was approved at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) on 30 March 2026. The total dividend to be distributed amounts to Rp 200.46 billion for the 1.285 billion shares issued by the company. “It has been approved that the Company will distribute a cash dividend of Rp 200,460,000,000 or Rp 156 per share for 1,285,000,000 shares issued by the Company,” management stated in a disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange, quoted on Sunday (5/4/2026). Throughout 2025, TEBE's net profit was recorded to have dipped slightly by 0.3 percent compared to the previous year, reaching Rp 133.19 billion. Historically, this dividend value is the largest. For the 2024 fiscal year, the company distributed dividends of Rp 64.25 billion or equivalent to Rp 50 per share. For information, TEBE last distributed dividends on 21 November 2024 and did not distribute dividends throughout 2025. “The cash dividend distribution as mentioned above will not have a material impact on the Company's operational activities, legal matters, financial condition, or business continuity,” management wrote. In the stock market, TEBE was recorded to strengthen by 6.25 percent to the level of Rp 1,445 during trading on Thursday (2/4/2026). Assuming that price, the potential dividend yield is estimated to reach around 10.8 percent.
