Haji Isam-Linked Issuer PACK Plans Massive Rights Issue to Fund Acquisition
Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia — PT Abadi Nusantara Hijau Investama Tbk (PACK), an issuer linked to Haji Isam, plans to raise capital through a pre-emptive rights issue (PMHMETD I).
According to a disclosure on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), cited on Friday (23 October 2026), the company plans to issue up to 100 billion new shares through the rights issue, with an estimated maximum value of Rp8.19 trillion.
“Under the rights issue regulations, PMHMETD II may be carried out after the company obtains approval from an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders (EGMS); submits a registration statement for PMHMETD II, together with its supporting documents, to the Financial Services Authority (OJK); and the registration statement for PMHMETD II is declared effective by the OJK,” PACK’s management said.
In accordance with these requirements, the company will first seek shareholders’ approval for the planned PMHMETD II at an EGMS scheduled for 30 November 2026.
PACK’s management said the proceeds from PMHMETD II would be used to repay loans, purchase shares in Denway Development Limited (DDL), and provide working capital for the company and/or its subsidiaries.
