PT Dana Brata Luhur Tbk. (TEBE) has decided to distribute a dividend to its shareholders amounting to Rp200.46 billion from the net profit of the 2025 fiscal year, or Rp156 per share. The decision received approval from shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS). The majority of shareholders approved with 998,647,081 votes, equivalent to 99.99% of the total shares with voting rights present. “To approve the distribution of cash dividends of Rp200.46 billion or Rp156 per share, which will be paid to the Company’s shareholders recorded in the Company’s Register of Shareholders on Friday, 10 April 2026,” stated management on Wednesday (1/4/2026). The dividend distribution is higher than the comprehensive net profit for the fiscal year ending 31 December 2025, which amounted to Rp134.13 billion. The dividend also comes from the retained earnings balance at the end of 2025, which reached Rp677.67 billion. From that amount, an allocation of Rp68.10 billion for dividends. In addition, the remaining net profit for the 2025 fiscal year of Rp1.78 billion is designated as retained earnings to strengthen the company’s capital.
