The mining issuer owned by conglomerate Low Tuck Kwong, PT Bayan Resources Tbk (BYAN), has made amendments to the Conditional Share Purchase Agreement (CSPA) with PT Jhonlin Baratama. The number of shares to be acquired by the company owned by Haji Isam has increased to 10,084,088,370 shares.

Quoting information disclosure from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), this report is a follow-up to previous disclosures regarding the signing of CSPA Number 406/BR-OJK/IX/2026 dated 17 September 2026.

Based on the notification letter received by BYAN, Dato’ Low Tuck Kwong and Elaine Low signed the CSPA on 16 September 2026 with PT Jhonlin Baratama acting as the buyer. Subsequently, the Company received a follow-up notification dated 5 October 2026, stating that Dato’ Low Tuck Kwong and Elaine Low, together with the buyer, signed an amendment to the CSPA on 1 October 2026.

“The amendment includes an update to the number of the Company’s ordinary shares to be transferred to the Buyer, from the original 10,000,000,500 (ten billion five hundred) ordinary shares to 10,084,088,370 (ten billion eighty-four million eighty-eight thousand three hundred seventy) ordinary shares of the Company,” the management wrote, as quoted on Wednesday (7/10/2026).

This represents an increase of approximately 84 million shares from the initial amount. Consequently, PT Jhonlin Baratama will hold 10,084,088,370 ordinary shares.

Management has ensured that the transaction will not result in any material negative impact that could disrupt operational activities, legal aspects, financial conditions, or the Company’s business continuity. The Company has provided no further information beyond these details.
