Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - The name of the crazy rich individual from Kalimantan, Samsudin Andi Arsyad or Haji Isam, has entered the shares of the nickel mining holding company PT Abadi Nusantara Hijau Investama Tbk (PACK). The purchase transaction amounted to Rp936.65 billion.

In the latest Indonesia Stock Exchange disclosure, Haji Isam is known to have bought 6,836,867,700 PACK shares or equivalent to 21.12% on 13 May 2026. The transaction was conducted at a price of Rp137 per share for investment purposes.

“The purpose of the transaction is investment, direct share ownership,” as quoted from the Indonesia Stock Exchange disclosure, Wednesday (13/5/2026).

Before the transaction was conducted, Haji Isam was recorded as not owning any PACK shares. After the transaction was completed, his ownership became 21.12% of the company’s total shares.

For information, PACK was previously known as PT Solusi Kemasan Digital Tbk. The company previously operated as a packaging issuer before transforming into a nickel mining holding.

In today’s trading, PACK shares soared 9.86% to hit the upper auto rejection limit (ARA) at Rp312. Its market capitalisation reached Rp10.1 trillion.

With the latest current price, the value of Haji Isam’s shares in PACK is recorded at Rp2.13 trillion. This means that immediately after the announcement, the unrealised profit from Haji Isam’s ownership of PACK shares reached Rp1.19 trillion.
