Habiburokhman Extends Bhayangkara Day Greetings: Polri's Dedication Knows No Bounds

Chairman of the House of Representatives’ Commission III, Habiburokhman, has extended his congratulations on the 80th Bhayangkara Day. Habiburokhman expressed his gratitude for the dedication, sacrifice, and service of the Indonesian National Police (Polri) to the people over eight decades.

“I would like to convey my highest congratulations to the entire Polri family wherever they are. Eight decades is not a short time. Throughout this nation’s journey, Polri has been a sturdy pillar upholding law and order,” Habiburokhman told reporters on Wednesday (1/7/2026).

Commission III of the House of Representatives conveyed its appreciation to all ranks of Polri. Habiburokhman hopes that the force’s performance will become increasingly professional and beloved by the public.

“Therefore, on behalf of the leadership and all members of Commission III, I express our deepest appreciation and utmost gratitude for the boundless dedication, sacrifice, and service rendered by all Polri personnel—from the headquarters level down to the Bhabinkamtibmas officers who serve as the frontline in remote villages,” Habiburokhman stated.

“At the age of 80, our hope is immense that Polri’s future performance will grow to be even better, more professional, and more beloved by the community. The challenges of the times are increasingly complex, but we believe Polri can continue to adapt and improve itself,” he added.

The Deputy Chairman of the Gerindra Party reminded and encouraged Polri to always strive maximally in carrying out its constitutional mandate. He wants Polri to continue protecting, serving, and sheltering all members of society without discrimination.

“Maintaining public security and order to create a conducive national climate. Enforcing the law fairly, transparently, and humanely,” Habiburokhman said.

He hopes this Bhayangkara Day momentum serves as a moment of reflection to strengthen the institution. Habiburokhman wants Polri to provide a sense of security and deliver justice to the public.

“Make this 80th Bhayangkara Day momentum a reflection to continue strengthening a clean institution with integrity. Continue to be protectors who provide a sense of security, and guardians who deliver justice,” Habiburokhman said.
