Guidelines and Order of Ceremony for Pancasila's Birth Anniversary on 1 June 2026
Pancasila’s Birth Anniversary, observed annually on 1 June, serves as a moment to reflect on national values. A key activity for commemorating this day is the flag-raising ceremony. Government agencies, schools, and other institutions are required to hold the flag-raising ceremony for Pancasila’s Birth Anniversary. The Pancasila Ideology Development Agency (BPIP) has also issued guidelines for the ceremony for these entities. The 2026 Pancasila Birth Anniversary flag ceremony will be conducted by government agencies and formal educational institutions at their respective locations. In Bali, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB), and East Nusa Tenggara (NTT), the ceremony commences at 8:00 AM WITA.
