Required Documents for NTT SMA/SMK 2026

Required documents vary based on the chosen admission track:

  1. SMA Domicile Track: Graduation certificate/diploma (scanned both sides) and Family Card (issued no more than one year before 19 June 2025).

  2. SMA Academic Achievement Track: Graduation certificate/diploma (scanned both sides).

  3. SMA Non-Academic Achievement Track: Graduation certificate/diploma, certificates of achievement (minimum 3rd place at the regency level), and proof of service as Student Council President or Scout Leader signed by the school principal.
