Gudang Garam Distributes Rp 1.53 Trillion in Dividends

PT Gudang Garam Tbk recorded a profit of Rp 1.5 trillion for the 2025 financial year. During its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) held on Tuesday, 23 June 2026, at the Grand Surya Hotel in Kediri, the company approved the distribution of a cash dividend amounting to Rp 800 per share. The meeting also ratified the annual report and endorsed the balance sheet and profit and loss calculations audited by the Public Accounting Firm Siddharta Widjaja & Partners. The Kediri, East Java-based company granted full discharge of responsibilities to the board of directors and board of commissioners for their performance during the past year. The crucial decision involved the distribution of a total cash dividend of Rp 1.539 trillion, with the remaining retained earnings allocated to strengthen the company’s working capital. This move demonstrates Gudang Garam’s consistency in maintaining investor confidence amidst regulatory pressures and cigarette market dynamics. Additionally, the meeting appointed Adhi Wibhawa Wonowidjojo as a new commissioner until 2030. The entry of the Wonowidjojo family successor further solidifies the family’s dominance in the company’s controlling structure. The current leadership structure is headed by President Commissioner Juni Setiawati Wonowidjojo, with Susilo Wonowidjojo remaining as President Director, assisted by Indra Gunawan Wonowidjojo as Vice President Director. The RUPST also reappointed the Public Accounting Firm Siddharta Widjaja & Partners as the auditor for the 2026 financial year and approved amendments to the Articles of Association in line with the latest business classification from the Central Statistics Agency.
