Gudang Garam Distributes IDR 800 Dividend Per Share
PT Gudang Garam Tbk has decided to allocate a portion of the company’s profits for the 2025 fiscal year, amounting to IDR 1,539.27 billion, as dividends, equating to IDR 800 per share. This was resolved during the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) for the fiscal year ending 31 December 2025. The company’s management stated that the remaining undistributed profits will be recorded in the retained earnings account and used to increase the company’s working capital. During the meeting, participants approved the company’s annual report on the course of business for the fiscal year ending 31 December 2025. They also ratified the balance sheet and profit and loss statement for the same period, which had been audited by the Public Accounting Firm Siddharta Widjaja & Rekan. The AGM granted full release and discharge of responsibility to the members of the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners for their management and supervisory actions during the fiscal year, insofar as these actions are reflected in the financial statements. The meeting also resolved to appoint Adhi Wibhawa Wonowidjojo as a Commissioner of the company, effective from the close of the meeting for the remaining term of the other serving commissioners, which concludes at the close of the AGM in 2030. The current board composition includes Juni Setiawati Wonowidjojo as President Commissioner, with Adhi Wibhawa Wonowidjojo, Frank Willem van Gelder, Gotama Hengdratsonata, and Hanlim Suprianto serving as Commissioners. The Board of Directors is led by President Director Susilo Wonowidjojo and Vice President Director Indra Gunawan Wonowidjojo, alongside directors Heru Budiman, Herry Susianto, Istata Taswin Siddharta, Andik Wahyudi, Hamdhany Halim, Slamet Budiono, and Sony Sasono Rahmadi. The shareholders also appointed the Public Accounting Firm Siddharta Widjaja & Rekan as the company’s auditor for the 2026 fiscal year, or a substitute appointed by the Board of Commissioners.
