Guardian Integrates Loyalty Scheme with Digital App
Guardian Indonesia has integrated its MyGuardian Rewards loyalty scheme with the Guardian ID app, making it easier for customers to access offers and collect shopping points. The programme, available since September 2026, is free to join.
Bhavin Patel, managing director of Health & Beauty Guardian Indonesia, said the scheme was part of the development of Guardian’s digital services, connecting its physical store network with its app and e-commerce channels.
“By integrating our physical store network with the digital app and e-commerce channels, Guardian wants to make every customer interaction more personalised, flexible and rewarding. Through this loyalty scheme, we also hope to reach more customers across Indonesia,” Bhavin said in a statement received by Republika.co.id on Monday (12 October 2026).
Through MyGuardian Rewards, members earn 50 points for every transaction worth Rp 10,000, with the rate applying to multiples of that amount. Accumulated points can be used to pay for subsequent transactions, with one point equivalent to Rp 1. Points are valid for one year.
New members are also eligible for vouchers worth up to Rp 100,000 for purchases through the Guardian app or website. Members can also access special prices on online and in-store purchases.
Other benefits include birthday gifts, free gifts, free-delivery offers, discounts of up to 50 per cent during certain promotional periods, and access to exclusive events.
Guardian plans to develop further features for the Guardian ID app, including personalised multivitamin reminders, product recommendations, consultations with pharmacists and notifications for regular health checks at its stores. The company is also preparing access to community activities, such as Guardian Run.
Customers can sign up for MyGuardian Rewards free of charge through the Guardian ID app, available on Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.
