I own a hand phone produced by PT Satelindo. I am delighted to
learn that this company has made a large investment for the
development of hand phones using the Global System for Mobile
Communications (GSM).

But there are still some regions in the GSM network (Jabotabek
area: Pamulang, Parung and Puncak) that cannot be reached by my
hand phone. My telephone also cannot be contacted through card-
operated public telephones. It can be contacted through private
telephones.

I am disappointed by this. Isn't Satelindo owned by PT
Indosat, PT Telkom and Bimantara? But why is it not sophisticated
enough to meet the demands of the customers?
