PT Graha Prima Mentari Tbk (GRPM) has decided not to distribute dividends to its shareholders. The entire net profit for the 2025 fiscal year will be used to strengthen the company’s capital structure. This matter has been agreed upon at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST). GRPM’s Finance Director Lili Solihah stated that the net profit for the year ended throughout 2025 experienced a decline of 8.7% year-on-year from Rp 4.78 billion to Rp 4.36 billion. “The net profit for the year ended is down to Rp 4.36 billion. However, in terms of ratios, we have seen an increase from 0.68 to 1%,” she said during a virtual press conference on Monday (11/5/2026). Meanwhile, the company’s sales rose to Rp 754.4 billion for the full year 2024 from Rp 705.5 billion the previous year. “This increase is a good note achieved by GRPM amid many sales declines experienced by similar companies in the industry,” she added. Meanwhile, GRPM’s total assets are recorded at Rp 185.7 billion with total equity of Rp 89.7 billion. At the beginning of 2026, the company has started to focus more on products that provide better growth, including packaged drinking water (AMDK). “The company is confident that the AMDK market share is very promising. In addition to providing very good growth rates, AMDK also aligns with the development of trends and consumer preferences for healthier lifestyles,” she explained.
