Green SM's Latest Statement: Supports Investigation, No Official Conclusion Yet

Electric taxi company Green SM has issued its latest statement regarding the accident involving the Argo Bromo Anggrek train and a commuter train at Bekasi Timur Station. Green SM stated that it is ready to support the investigation by the authorities. “At present, the incident is still under investigation and there has been no official conclusion from the authorities. Green SM continues to coordinate with the relevant authorities by providing relevant information and supporting the investigation process,” Green SM said on its official Instagram account on Tuesday (28/4/2026). For information, a Green SM taxi had stalled in the middle of the railway tracks not far from Bekasi Timur Station on Monday (27/4) night. The taxi was then hit by a commuter train travelling from Cikarang towards Jakarta. The involved commuter train stalled in the middle of the tracks. Local residents then gathered to help evacuate the taxi. On the other hand, a commuter train heading towards Cikarang stalled at Bekasi Timur Station as a result of the incident between the Jakarta-bound commuter train and the Green SM taxi. It was this commuter train stalled at Bekasi Timur Station that was subsequently hit by the Argo Bromo Anggrek train travelling from Jakarta. Returning to Green SM, the company expressed condolences for the incident. Green SM hopes the victims recover soon. “We extend our deepest condolences to the families and loved ones of the victims. We are concerned about this incident and hope that all parties involved recover soon and are in a safe condition,” stated Green SM. “Safety and transparency remain our top priorities. We are committed to maintaining strict operational standards to support the safety of drivers, passengers, and the public,” added Green SM.
