GREE Expands Inverter AC Market into Commercial Segment
GREE Electric Appliances Indonesia is expanding its air conditioning product market by introducing three inverter AC units for the residential and light commercial segments, alongside one cooling system designed for commercial needs.
The four products consist of the F5 MAX, F6, and STS Inverter, as well as the GMV9 FLEX, which is a modular variable refrigerant flow (VRF) system.
Nicky, Vice President of PT Gree Electric Appliances Indonesia, stated that this portfolio development is intended to meet increasingly diverse cooling requirements while raising the company’s product and service standards.
“We must always be ‘Raising the Standard’. Through innovation, we continuously strive to provide better solutions. Ultimately, we are not just selling products, but we are selling comfort, trust, and solutions for our customers’ daily lives,” said Nicky.
The F5 MAX and F6 target residential needs with a variety of capacity options, while the STS Inverter is aimed at light commercial requirements with capacities up to 5 PK.
The GMV9 FLEX serves as the product that expands GREE’s portfolio into the commercial segment. This modular VRF system has a base capacity of up to 26 HP, with modular combination capacities ranging from 28 to 104 HP.
GREE noted that the GMV9 FLEX design is more compact to provide installation flexibility, including for projects with limited access. The system is also equipped with real-time load regulation technology, which is claimed to increase system efficiency by up to 15 per cent.
The GMV9 FLEX supports up to 100 indoor units and can be used in various configurations according to project requirements. The presence of these products strengthens GREE’s efforts to expand its market from household needs to commercial projects.
In addition to products, GREE is strengthening its after-sales service through the ‘GREE 24/7 Always On Service’. This service provides 24-hour support to consumers as part of the company’s efforts to enhance the post-purchase customer experience.
“This is not merely a programme. It is a real experience for the customer. And this is the service standard that we are building together,” said Nicky.
The product launch also marks 11 years of GREE’s journey in Indonesia. The company is also strengthening its dealer network across various regions as part of its business development and market expansion.
Through the development of this product portfolio and services, GREE aims to reach a wider range of cooling needs, from residential dwellings to commercial requirements.
