Greater laxity in discipline
Greater laxity in discipline
From Bisnis Indonesia
It is common knowledge that the level of discipline in our country is very low. In times of crisis, people tend to pay no attention to this matter.
If someone crosses the road at the wrong place or a motorcycle taxi violates a traffic regulation, one will simply comment: "At least they did not become a criminal," or "Well, they are trying to earn a living".
In the long run, however, this kind of attitude will only destroy the nation. So, all of us, who are still sane, particularly those who are educated, must hold up a good example. We must, for example, comply with traffic regulations, however bad the situation is. Do not let yourselves follow in their footsteps just to make things easy and simple.
