Graha Medika responds

In response to Ms. Lina's letter published in The Jakarta Post
on June 2, 2000 titled Parking at Graha Medika, we would like to
clarify as follows:

First of all, we honestly express our gratitude for your
input. As regards the disappearance of the front left signal
lamp, we are now conducting an investigation to find out whether
the front left signal lamp was stolen while the car was parked at
our parking lot, or when it was somewhere else. The fact is that
when we received the report we immediately checked, but did not
find any sign of damage around the signal lamp.

It is regretted that you refused police involvement when we
suggested that we should settle the matter through a police
investigation.

However, we are very sorry for what has happened to your car,
and of course, it will prompt us to improve our service to the
community as a whole.
