Gradiant Expands U.S. Operations with New Leadership, Office Openings, and Long-Term Service Contracts
Every microchip, data centre, and megawatt of AI capacity depends on water. Gradiant is the ‘Water Layer’ for the AI economy. Today, Gradiant announced a series of significant milestones that strengthen its ability to address this constraint across the United States: the appointment of new leadership in the U.S., the opening of three new offices, a new innovation centre, and long-term service contracts, one of which is with a leading chip company.
Gradiant has appointed Dr. Nish Vora as Managing Director for the Americas to accelerate its growth momentum in the region. Dr. Vora is a proven growth leader who has held senior leadership positions at GE Water, Suez Water Technologies, and most recently at Veolia Water Technologies and Solutions. His engineering and commercial leadership aligns closely with Gradiant’s culture of ‘Innovation with Speed’ for its customers. Alongside this appointment, Gradiant is opening new offices in Phoenix, Syracuse, and Philadelphia.
The company also launched a Global Innovation Center in Houston dedicated to developing next-generation treatment technologies in North America and has increased its U.S. headcount by 55% since the beginning of the year to date.
Reinforcing this momentum, Gradiant has secured new long-term Operations and Maintenance (O&M) contracts, including operating the Ultrapure Water (UPW) system of a leading chip company. Gradiant will manage water quality, reliability, and compliance, allowing the customer to focus on its core production activities.
These successes leverage Gradiant’s global expertise in UPW, including experienced teams in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific, strengthened by its growing local presence in the U.S. This approach is being applied as Gradiant scales its O&M capabilities in the U.S. Gradiant was selected for its customer-centric approach, speed of deployment, and deep O&M expertise.
‘AI infrastructure cannot be built without first solving the water problem, whether for semiconductor fabrication facilities, data centres, and power plants,’ said Prakash Govindan, CEO of Gradiant. ‘Securing these long-term O&M contracts demonstrates that customers increasingly want a single partner that takes full responsibility for water, not just equipment or one-time implementation. This is the role Gradiant will play as it expands across the U.S.’
