Grab Completes Disbursement of 2026 Festive Bonus to 400,000 Partners
Jakarta — Ride-hailing application service provider Grab Indonesia has completed the distribution process of the 2026 Festive Bonus (BHR) to at least 400,000 driver partners who met the eligibility criteria.
“Through the 2026 BHR, we want to present an appreciation that is truly felt, has a direct impact, and is received on time by partners who have demonstrated strong performance and genuine contribution to the Grab ecosystem, while still considering the company’s capabilities,” said Grab Indonesia Chief Executive Officer Neneng Goenadi in a statement in Jakarta on Thursday.
The distribution process for the 2026 BHR by Grab was completed on Monday (9 March). Neneng stated that Grab had doubled its budget allocation to IDR 100–110 billion for the 2026 BHR.
The increase, she continued, strengthens the programme’s capacity whilst expanding benefits for driver partners who are active and productive on the platform.
In addition to increasing the allocation, Grab also refined the nominal structure across various recipient categories.
For two-wheeled vehicle partners, the BHR is provided ranging from IDR 150,000 to IDR 850,000, whilst for four-wheeled vehicle partners the value ranges from IDR 200,000 to IDR 1,600,000.
In the lowest nominal category, the value for GrabBike increased threefold to IDR 150,000. The programme is divided into seven categories for each two-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicle segment, with the structure based on the productivity level and activity of partners during the assessment period.
