Grab and Gojek's OJOL 2026 BHR Reaches Rp1.6 Million; Eligibility Criteria Explained
KOMPAS.com – Grab and Gojek’s online motorcycle taxi drivers (ojek) will receive the 2026 Bonus Hari Raya (BHR) with varying amounts. The 2026 BHR for ojol will reach 850,000 driver partners with a total allocation of Rp220 billion. The nominal BHR for Grab and Gojek this year can be as high as Rp1.6 million, with the amount determined according to specific criteria. The following outlines the eligibility criteria for the 2026 BHR for Grab and Gojek ojol.
This year, around 400,000 two-wheeled and four-wheeled driver partners of Gojek will receive BHR. Details of the BHR amounts from GoTo are as follows: For the lowest category, the BHR has risen three to four times compared with last year, from Rp50,000 to Rp150,000 (two-wheeled) and Rp200,000 (four-wheeled). Recipients and the BHR amounts for 2026 are based on several criteria, including the number and consistency of completed orders and the quality of service during a defined period. BHR 2026 for Gojek will be channelled through the GoPay Mitra balance on 4–6 March 2026.
Grab Indonesia has also announced the 2026 BHR programme, extending to more than 400,000 active driver partners. Grab Indonesia’s CEO Neneng Goenadi stated that the BHR is given as recognition to partners with high productivity who actively serve the public. The breakdown of BHR amounts for Grab in 2026 is as follows: Grab notes that the BHR budget for this year has doubled compared with the previous year, reaching around Rp100–110 billion. The 2026 Grab BHR programme is divided into seven categories for two-wheeled and four-wheeled partners. The assessment of the 2026 BHR amount is based on the number and consistency of completed orders as well as service quality over a defined period. The disbursement of BHR is made no later than seven days before Eid al-Fitr, and partners can check their eligibility status via the GrabDriver app.
