GPRA Secures Rp130.5 Billion Credit Facility from BCA for Fleet Expansion
PT Grahaprima Suksesmandiri Tbk (GPRA), a company engaged in general goods transportation, has secured a corporate loan facility worth Rp130.5 billion from PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA). The facility, structured as a Commercial Vehicle Investment Credit (KI Kenanga), was signed on 4 August 2026. GPRA President Director Ronny Senjaya stated that the funds will be used to purchase new trucks, strengthening the company’s operational fleet to support its business development in the transport and logistics sector. He confirmed that the transaction has no material adverse impact on the company’s operations, legal standing, financial condition, or business continuity. The company also stated that there are no other undisclosed material facts related to the transaction. GPRA expects the additional fleet capacity to enhance its goods distribution services and support business growth amid rising national demand for transport and logistics services.
