GPIM Positions Itself as Strategic Partner to Safeguard Government Policies

The Prabowo Indonesia Maju Movement (GPIM) officially held its declaration and management inauguration at the Cut Nyak Dien Auditorium, Buperta Cibubur, Depok, West Java, on Saturday (20/6). This momentum serves as the starting signal for thousands of volunteers across Indonesia to close ranks, work at the grassroots level, and ensure the continuity of national leadership. GPIM Chairman Abi Aries Faturrahman asserted that GPIM was born not only to safeguard the current administration but also to openly become the initial driving force to re-elect Prabowo Subianto in the 2029 General Election. “GPIM’s main idea is as a social platform focused on community service. Besides being a field of charity for all of us, GPIM also stands firm as the main driving force to safeguard and realise President Prabowo’s vision and mission directly among the people. The struggle towards 2029 begins today through real work on the ground,” Abi stressed. GPIM Secretary General Agung Subiyakto technically outlined the movement’s roadmap. The organisation will immediately execute community programmes that have a direct impact in the field. “After today’s inauguration, all volunteer nodes will immediately move on the ground. Our focus is to amplify national strategic programmes such as free nutritious meals, which we replicate through an independent volunteer programme we call ‘makan bowo gratis’. In addition, we are also directly executing the issue of waste management and the environment through the ‘kusajikan cuan’ (kumpulan sampah jadi cuan) programme, and focusing fully on public health issues,” Agung stated. This tactical step was reinforced by GPIM Advisory Board member, Major General (Ret.) Subandono Bambang Indrasto. He highlighted the importance of the volunteers’ role in fortifying the digital space from information distortion regarding the government’s performance. “In this digital era, the movement of various issues and narratives that do not match the facts on the ground is massively widespread. Our main task as volunteers is to correct that information and provide a complete view to the public about the good programmes and good intentions of President Prabowo for the nation’s progress,” Subandono revealed. Carrying the grand theme of Solid, Loyal, and Ready to Safeguard an Advanced Indonesia, under the direction of Supervisory Board member Mohammad Arfan, GPIM positions itself as a modern volunteer organisation. It combines boundless political loyalty with measurable social community action. As an expression of gratitude for the smooth initial consolidation, the entire series of events was solemnly closed with a collective prayer and donations to orphans from the Faturrahman Foundation.
