GP Ansor Declares 2026 as Year of Human Resource Transformation
The Central Leadership of GP Ansor has set 2026 as a momentum for human resource development alongside a transformation in the organisation’s cadre system. This step is deemed essential to strengthen the quality of cadre leadership as well as the future direction of the organisational movement.
GP Ansor General Chairman Addin Jauharudin conveyed this agenda while opening the Eighth Banser Leadership Course (Susbanpim) at the Polri Community Guidance Education Centre in Semarang on Thursday (14/5/2026).
“No civilisation advances, no organisation advances without building human resources,” said Addin on Thursday (14/5/2026).
Susbanpim VIII runs from 12 to 17 May 2026 and is attended by dozens of participants from various regions in Indonesia, including Bali, Central Kalimantan, Riau Islands, Riau, Jambi, South Sumatra, Lampung, Banten, Jakarta, West Java, Central Java, East Java, and the Special Region of Yogyakarta.
Addin stressed that the progress of an organisation or civilisation is greatly determined by the quality of the people within it. Therefore, the GP Ansor Central Board is preparing ten high-level cadre agendas until December 2026, spread across various regional zones in Indonesia, ranging from LI 1, PKN, Susbanpim, to SESKO levels.
“This transformation targets not only quantity but also quality through curriculum renewal, methodology, resource persons, and organisational work patterns,” said Addin.
He also emphasised that the identity of the Barisan Ansor Serbaguna or Banser is not merely a uniformed force, but a brotherhood of struggle built on values, traditions, loyalty, and an orderly command system.
“A sentence becomes meaningful because of structure, function, and position. Similarly, an organisation cannot function without structure, troops cannot move without command, and a movement will not succeed without task division,” he said.
Addin reminded that the primary task of cadres is to build a legacy beneficial to future generations. According to him, GP Ansor’s grand mission transcends administrative matters as it concerns the responsibility to safeguard the nation, state, religion, and Nahdlatul Ulama.
“Be a leader for yourself and set an example that friends are a source of inspiration, a source of morality, and a source of exemplary conduct,” he said.
