Govt revokes 26 firms' tax registration numbers
JAKARTA (JP): The Directorate General of Taxes has revoked tax registration numbers of 26 companies after audits showed that they violated tax rulings.
Director General of Taxes Fuad Bawazier said yesterday that the measure was taken after thorough audits were taken of the corporate taxpayers.
Earlier, in July, Fuad canceled the tax registration numbers of 51 companies for various violations of tax rulings.
Fuad said in a statement that after the revocation of the tax registration numbers, those companies are no longer registered as taxable entities and, therefore, are no longer authorized to issue value added tax invoices.
He called on the public not to accept tax invoices issued by the 26 companies.
The 26 companies are: PT Agata Putra Utama, Kawula Arya Andalan, Projaya Citrabersama, Dwiwandra Yudha Sejati, Eka Diary, Lima Persada Berseri, Trijaya Umarindo, Sindang Gita Permai, Mindo Sumber Abadi, Teguh Niaga, Andhiko, Karya Abadi, Kawulo Putra Jaya, Equanita Manesdiarch, Gatrovert Mhirabaya, Indra Muara, Jaya Sempurna Adigraha, Penggawa Halilintar, Satyakerta Darma, Nurmala Wahana Resik, Gilang Paramamitra, Whitama Puriyasa, Warintha Karina, Perdana Wiratama, Kartika Jaya Sakti, and Mudahna Bhakti.
