In his closing remarks, Ace Hasan delivered five essential messages. A primary point was that alumni of P3N 27 must emerge as national leaders who are integral, adaptive, and visionary, capable of acting as a unifying force, possessing strategic sensitivity, and fostering collaboration.

“Firstly, the alumni of P3lar 27 must be national leaders who possess integrity, national character, and moral steadfastness in carrying out their duties and service,” said Ace during the closing ceremony of P3N 27 at the Dwi Warna Purwa Room, Lemhannas RI, on Thursday (4/6/2026).

Accompanying the Governor of Lemhannas RI were several high-ranking officials, including the Vice Governor of Lemhannas RI, Admiral Erwin S. Aldedharma; various Lemhannas deputies; teaching and professional staff; and structural officials. Also in attendance were representatives from the Indonesian National Police, the Attorney General’s Office, the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI), the Ministry of Tourism, and the Ministry of Immigration and Correctional Services.

Opening his speech, Ace addressed the increasingly uncertain global geopolitical situation. He argued that national leaders must not only be intellectually superior but also possess social sensitivity, moral resilience, and a strong commitment to Pancasila, the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI), and Bhinneka Tunggal Ika (Unity in Diversity). Consequently, Ace encouraged alumni to become adaptive and visionary leaders in responding to global changes.

He added that geopolitical developments, technological disruption, artificial intelligence, the digital economy, and cyber threats necessitate the presence of leaders capable of strategic thinking, rapid adaptation, and providing innovative solutions for the nation’s progress. “All these dynamics and challenges demand the presence of national leaders who possess strategic capacity, think far ahead, are able to read global changes, and possess the steadfastness to safeguard national interests,” Ace added.

On this occasion, he also emphasised that alumni should serve as a glue for unity and guardians of national cohesion, maintaining high levels of empathy and social sensitivity to prevent polarisation and social conflicts that could disrupt national stability. Furthermore, Ace highlighted the importance of strategic sensitivity towards national and global challenges, urging leaders to anticipate risks and prepare strategic steps for the nation’s future. He also encouraged alumni to build cross-sectoral cooperation, coordination, and collaboration to eliminate sectoral egos.

“Strategic networking between institutions, sectors, and generations is vital in strengthening national collaboration to support the realisation of ‘Indonesia Emas 2045’ (Golden Indonesia 2045),” Ace explained.

Concluding his speech, Ace expressed his appreciation for the dedication and solidarity of the P3N 27 alumni and congratulated them on completing the Lemhannas RI educational series.

During the same event, the Deputy for National Leadership Education at Lemhannas RI, Air Marshal Bob Henry Panggabean, reported that all educational programmes had proceeded smoothly. Based on the session results on Wednesday, 3 June 2026, the evaluation board declared that 84 participants of P3N 27 had passed. Two special awards were presented: the Best Academic Predicate, awarded to Police Brigadier General Ade Ary Syam Indradi, and the Best Individual Working Paper Predicate, awarded to Rear Admiral Ignatius Bayu Trikuncoro.
