Jambi Governor Al Haris said that as many as 193 General Fuel Filling Stations (SPBU) across the province have been placed on standby with additional supplies to support the smooth flow of homecoming and return travel during Lebaran 2026.

‘Meeting the fuel needs of travellers passing through the area is a government priority,’ said Governor Al Haris in Jambi on Sunday.

He noted that as a result of coordination with the Class II Jambi Land Transportation Management Agency (BPTD) and Pertamina, 193 SPBU are ready to be placed on standby with additional supplies.

‘The amount of additional supplies requires a follow-up technical meeting on Monday (9/3),’ he said.

The Governor assured that the availability of fuel will be sufficient to meet the needs of travellers during the mudik and balik Lebaran 2026.

The Jambi Provincial Government is committed to ensuring people’s journeys remain smooth amid current global economic challenges.

‘In short, we want people to return home with peace of mind and happiness. Therefore, we are ensuring that BBM distribution planning is carried out thoroughly to prevent shortages on the ground,’ he said.
