Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Government, through the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency, is targeting the duration of land measurement and certificate title transfer processing to be completed within a maximum of two weeks throughout Indonesia.

“Every member of the public who registers an application at a Land Office will receive a measurement service schedule with a maximum waiting period of seven days,” said Secretary General of the Ministry of ATR/BPN Dalu Agung Darmawan at the office of the Government Communication Agency (Bakom) of the Republic of Indonesia, Jakarta, Wednesday.

The land measurement service is designed to provide time certainty and information transparency for the public who submit applications at land offices through a scheduled measurement scheme.

“From the time the application is submitted until the PBT is issued, the total maximum service time is 12 days,” said Dalu regarding the land measurement time limit.

In addition to reducing the measurement duration, the ministry also launched the Integrated Rights Transfer Service (Perintis) to accelerate the processing of land certificate title transfers.

The title transfer scheme for land documents through the Perintis service has had its completion duration reduced to a maximum of ten working days.

The trial for accelerating land certificate title transfers was implemented at 17 Land Offices in Phase 1 and expanded to 24 Land Offices in Phase 2 starting 24 September 2026.

This bureaucratic efficiency measure is presented to ensure that all public land affairs can proceed more certainly, quickly, easily, and measurably.
