Government Prepares Human Resources to Accelerate President Prabowo's Programme
Minister for State Apparatus Utilisation and Bureaucratic Reform (PANRB) Rini Widyantini stated that the government is preparing the fulfilment of human resources (HR) to implement President Prabowo Subianto’s Quick Best Results Programme (PHTC). Policy synchronisation in the implementation of the President’s PHTC across government agencies is needed to accelerate decision-making, collaboration, and programme impacts for society. This step forms the government’s commitment to ensuring that the President’s priority agenda is guided and implemented well. “This meeting is important to ensure that HR optimisation is not merely an administrative process, but a strategic effort to ensure the availability of competent, integrity-driven HR ready to support the implementation of national priority programmes,” said Rini in her statement in Jakarta on Friday. The Ministerial Level Meeting on HR Fulfilment to Support PHTC was held at the PANRB Ministry Building in Jakarta on Thursday (2/4). It was explained that the focus of HR optimisation to support the President’s PHTC is divided into several main clusters, namely the Red and White Village/Kelurahan Cooperative (KDKMP), Fishermen’s Villages, education, and health. Ministries/agencies responsible for each cluster need to follow up on HR projections. President Prabowo always emphasises that various government PHTCs must provide broad, tangible, and sustainable impacts for society. Therefore, collaborative work among ministries, agencies, and regional governments is needed to support various national priority programmes. Rini stated that the success and sustainability of the President’s PHTC require a collaborative approach and network governance to ensure all elements of government move in one direction, interconnected, and not operating independently. She emphasised the importance of integrated collaboration oriented towards shared outcomes. The collaborative approach and network governance become strategies that can be implemented to accelerate decision-making. Through this approach, each agency becomes part of a network that strengthens each other, development outcomes are no longer the responsibility of one party, but the collective responsibility of all government elements. “In addition to the need for flexible and adaptive HR fulfilment policies, stronger oversight mechanisms are also needed to maintain HR quality,” said Rini.
