Government absorbs Rp15 trillion from sukuk auction this week
Jakarta (ANTARA) - The government absorbed funds amounting to Rp15 trillion from the auction of eight series of Sharia State Securities (SBSN) or sukuk on 21 April 2026. Quoting a statement from the Directorate General of Financing and Risk Management (DJPPR) of the Ministry of Finance in Jakarta on Wednesday, the total bids received in this auction reached Rp33.55 trillion. The largest absorption came from the green sukuk instrument, namely the PBSG002 series (reopening), which was awarded Rp4 trillion from incoming bids of Rp4.15 trillion. The weighted average yield awarded for this series was 6.46882 percent, with a maturity date of 15 October 2033. The next absorption came from the SPNS03022027 series (reopening), which was awarded Rp2 trillion from incoming bids of Rp4.39 trillion. The weighted average yield awarded was 5.46000 percent, with a maturity date of 3 February 2027. Subsequently, the government absorbed funds amounting to Rp1.95 trillion from the PBS030 series (reopening), which received incoming bids of Rp5.19 trillion. The weighted average yield awarded was 5.91945 percent, with a maturity date of 15 July 2028. From the PBS040 series (reopening), funds amounting to Rp1.85 trillion were absorbed from incoming bids of Rp2.38 trillion. The weighted average yield awarded was 6.09874 percent, with a maturity date of 15 November 2030. For the PBS034 series (reopening), the government awarded funds amounting to Rp1.75 trillion from incoming bids of Rp3.15 trillion. The weighted average yield awarded was 6.55991 percent, with a maturity date of 15 June 2039.
