GoTo Sets Aside Rp110 Billion for THR Gojek 2026, Partners Could Pocket Rp1.6 Million

PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GoTo) is allocating Rp110 billion for the Religious Holiday Bonus (BHR) for 2026 to Gojek driver partners, both two-wheeled and four-wheeled. The figure is more than double the Rp50 billion realised in 2025. ‘In BHR 2026, the total budget allocated by the company has more than doubled compared with the previous year, from Rp50 billion in 2025 to Rp110 billion this year,’ Hans said in a press release on Tuesday (3 March 2026). ‘This BHR is not merely financial support, but also a manifestation of the familial spirit we always maintain at GoTo. We are grateful that partners continue to trust Gojek and GoTo as places to earn income and grow together,’ Hans added. Overall, two-wheeled partners will receive BHR 2026 from Rp150,000 to Rp900,000. Meanwhile, four-wheeled partners stand to receive Rp200,000 to Rp1,600,000. The THR funds are scheduled to be disbursed via the GoPay Mitra balance on 4–6 March 2026. The assessment is based on categories or partner levels listed in the Gojek Driver app, with transparency and accountability considered. Indicators used include: 1. Mitra Juara — Partners who treat Gojek as their main income source with high productivity and good service quality.
