Indonesian technology company PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO) has released its financial report for the first half of 2026, covering the period up to June. The company recorded a net profit attributable to owners of the parent entity of Rp607 billion, reversing a loss of Rp580 billion in the first half of 2025. This achievement means the company, which houses the on-demand service Gojek and fintech GoPay, has now posted a net profit for two consecutive quarters, following a net profit of Rp258 billion in the first quarter. During the first half of 2026, GoTo’s net revenue reached Rp10.99 trillion, a 28.4% increase from Rp8.56 trillion in the same period last year. The largest revenue contributor was delivery services at Rp3.2 trillion, up 16.5%, followed by service fees at Rp3.15 trillion, up 14.9%, and lending income at Rp2.71 trillion, a 65% surge. Other revenue streams included e-commerce service fees from PT Tokopedia amounting to Rp551 billion, up 32.3%, and advertising revenue of Rp254 billion, up 8%. Other income reached Rp1.13 trillion, soaring 46.5% compared to the first half of the previous year. GoTo also recorded an operating profit of Rp782 billion, a turnaround from an operating loss of Rp172 billion. In terms of assets, GoTo reported a 3.8% increase compared to December 2025, reaching Rp47.47 trillion, with cash and cash equivalents of Rp23 trillion.
