GoTo Disburses Hari Raya Bonus for GoJek Drivers as Budget More Than Doubles
GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO) management has scheduled the payment of the 2026 Religious Hari Raya Bonus (BHR) with a total budget allocation of Rp 110 billion, starting Wednesday, 4 March 2026, through Friday, 6 March 2026, via GoPay balance.
This year the company commits to distributing the BHR to two-wheeled and four-wheeled GoTo driver partners who regard Gojek as a main or supplementary source of income, and to maintaining high service quality for customers.
The BHR payment aligns with the directions of Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto as announced on Tuesday, 3 March 2026, by Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Airlangga Hartarto together with Minister of Manpower Yassierli, Minister of Transportation Dudy Purwagandhi, Minister of Investment and Hilirisasi/ Head of BKPM Rosan Roeslani, and Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya.
GoTo’s President Director/CEO, Hans Patuwo, says BHR is not merely financial support but also a manifestation of the family spirit the company maintains.
“We are grateful that partners continue to trust Gojek and GoTo as a place to earn income and grow together. With this spirit, we channel the BHR as a form of appreciation for partners’ contributions to maintaining quality and reliability of services to customers in the last 12 months, while considering the company’s capacity,” he said in a press release on Tuesday.
In BHR 2026, total budget allocation increased more than twofold compared to the previous year, from Rp 50 billion in 2025 to Rp 110 billion this year.
Two-wheeled partners will receive BHR amounts ranging from Rp 150 thousand to the top category of Rp 900 thousand, while four-wheeled partners will receive from Rp 200 thousand to Rp 1.6 million.
Additionally, for the lowest-nominal category, BHR amounts rose by 3–4 times, from Rp 50 thousand in 2025 to Rp 150 thousand for two-wheeled partners and Rp 200 thousand for four-wheeled partners this year.
Eligibility: The criteria for BHR recipients include the level of platform usage as a primary or additional income (measured by online hours) and service quality (measured by acceptance and completion rate).
Recipient groups: three groups: 1) Mitra Juara: partners who treat the Gojek platform as their main income (high productivity) and deliver good service quality. Within this category, Mitra Juara will be divided into six subcategories based on frequency of becoming ‘Mitra Juara’ in the last 12 months (from 1 to 12 times). 2) Mitra Andalan: partners who use the platform as a supplementary income (moderate productivity) and deliver good service quality. This category will be divided into three subcategories based on frequency (from 1 to 12 times). 3) Mitra Harapan: partners who use the platform as an occasional income (low productivity) or partners with satisfactory acceptance and order completion rates. Within this category, any Mitra Harapan who has ever been a Mitra Juara at least once in the last 12 months, or Mitra Harapan who has ever been a Mitra Andalan at least once in the last 12 months, will be included.
“We understand that each partner’s journey is different; some can be active for 12 months, others may take breaks due to health or family responsibilities,” Hans said. “Therefore, this year we have designed improvements to the BHR recipient categories based on in-depth understanding of field dynamics and challenges. With this approach, the BHR is expected to be distributed more fairly and transparently,” he added.
