GoTo CEO: 400,000 Gojek Driver Partners Receive BHR 2026, Total Rp110 Billion
GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO) has distributed the Religious Holiday Bonus (BHR) for 2026 to Gojek driver-partners on two wheels and four wheels. The programme is prepared as a form of appreciation for the contributions of partners who have supported the operations of the app-based transport and delivery services. GoTo Chief Executive Officer Hans Patuwo said the company has allocated Rp110 billion for the programme, more than double the Rp50 billion allocated in the previous year.
‘At BHR 2026, the total budget allocated by the Company has more than doubled compared with the previous year, from Rp50 billion in 2025 to Rp110 billion this year,’ Hans said in an official statement on Tuesday (3 March 2026).
According to Hans, the BHR programme is not only intended as financial assistance ahead of the holiday, but also as a symbol of the partnership relationship that the company continues to maintain.
‘This BHR is not merely financial support, but also a manifestation of the family spirit that we always uphold at GoTo. We are grateful that the partners continue to entrust Gojek and GoTo as places to earn income and to grow together,’ Hans said.
‘With this spirit, we distribute BHR as a form of appreciation by GoTo for the contribution of partners to maintaining the quality and reliability of the service to customers in the last 12 months, while continuing to consider the company’s capacity,’ he said.
In determining BHR recipients, GoTo applies a principle of balance based on the category or level of driver partners recorded in the Gojek Driver app. This approach is used so that the distribution process is conducted transparently and accountably.
The company divides BHR recipients into several groups based on activity and the quality of driver-partner service. One of these groups is ‘Mitra Juara’ (Champion Partners), namely partners who use the Gojek platform as their main source of income with high productivity and good service quality.
‘Mitra Juara will be divided into six categories based on the frequency of becoming ’Mitra Juara’ in the last year (ranging from 1 to 12 times),’ Hans explained.
